Urban development in Bogotá is a complex process that involves the demographic and physical expansion of the city, the increase in productive activities, and the improvement of the population's socioeconomic conditions. This process is characterized by the constant transformation of urban space, with the construction of new housing, infrastructure, and services. Urban development in Bogotá seeks to improve citizens' quality of life by addressing issues such as mobility, access to public services, and environmental sustainability. Since my beginnings as an architect, the development of single-family homes has always been a fundamental part of my work and inspiration. The development of various projects, both in Colombia and abroad, strengthened my skills in this type of project.

In Colombia, specially in Bogotá, multifamily housing refers to buildings that house multiple residential units in a single building or complex, with the intention of optimizing land use and meeting housing demand. These units may include amenities and common areas such as parking, swimming pools, or a gym. The constant work and ongoing communication with clients made each one a unique experience for both them and my team.

The professional experience I have developed over the last 20 years, focused on multi-family housing projects, has allowed me to develop skills and experience in the development of projects of great architectural quality, being references for their immediate surroundings and for the inhabitants who, today, enjoy this architecture that aims at both individual and collective well-being.
