Project developed in partnership with the construction company Coandes in 2023. It consists of two towers, a communal social area, gym, and green and recreational areas on first floor.
Architectural project developed in 2023 in the northern part of Bogotá. The pedestrian access opens onto an interior garden on the first floor. This space defines the project's interior circulation.
The apartments, with several planned areas, have very good ventilation, lighting and views towards the exterior of the project.
The building's location in a high-traffic commercial area responds to the urban planning needs of an area with a strong potential for growth and urban activity.
The interiors of the apartments, despite their small size, enjoy good lighting and ventilation. The relationship between the interior spaces and the building's exterior and the distant views make the project a compelling architectural achievement for the area's livability.
Design as an architectural act that is the product of creation. And a creation that advocates for well-being and hope.
