This house, developed during 2024 and currently under construction, responds to the particular needs of a young couple. The house's placement on the land strengthens its connection with the immediate surroundings and the spectacular distant view.
Two elongated volumes arranged perpendicularly allow the lot to be freed up for a garden directly connected to the social area, creating a spectacular transparency for this emblematic part of the house.
The lower volume, constructed from exposed concrete, supports an elongated box with a wooden facade, creating a unique sense of lightness and constructive sobriety.
The project was developed entirely in AutoCad, SketchUp and Lumion.
Design as an architectural act that is the product of creation. And a creation that advocates for well-being and hope.
