Underwater Collection

The architectural program was to include an auditorium, exhibit hall, breakout room, cafe, and executive center. The five spaces are connected by a central area that distributes circulation evenly. The project was modeled using Sketch Up. The Level Design team then optimized it in 3ds Max to improve the meshes, textures, and polygons, as the performance requirements were very high.

During the migration process to Unreal Engine, work was done on the complete development of the setting, lighting, interior design, furniture, and features inherent to video games.

The pedestrian paths are conceived as bridges that connect to each other, allowing the user to contemplate the seabed with its plant and animal species.

The design of both the bridges and the walkways respond to the sinuous way in which the water is perceived in the depths.

All areas of the building, following the proposed morphology and architectural typology, enjoy exterior views and excellent lighting. Despite being a theoretically dark space, this allowed for the development of a unique lighting and ambiance proposal.

Each space maintains a very strong design logic, where exploring the different areas and spaces makes this immersive experience a unique opportunity to enjoy the benefits of virtual reality.
