Project developed for the construction company Martinez & Segura, in 2015, in the south of Bogota. Built in the Fatima neighborhood, the project consists of four floors, with two separate towers.
The fact that it was located in a popular area of the city did not prevent it from developing an architectural landmark in the urban center, where the housing offer was consolidated as a compelling alternative to the sector's housing needs. It consists of 48 apartments evenly distributed across the two towers.
The building's common areas include a porter's lodge, a communal lounge, a TV lounge, bicycle racks, children's play areas, an internet lounge, and a coworking space.
The 48 housing units have excellent lighting, ventilation and views over the south of Bogota.
The apartment sizes, ranging from 48 m2 to 74 m2, fully meet the requirements of both the construction company and the project's potential clients.
Within the project's intervention area, the importance of open spaces and well-being is fundamental.
One of the fundamental premises was to develop open and green spaces inside the building so that the coexistence between the inhabitants would be constantly strengthened.
Design as an architectural act that is the product of creation. And a creation that advocates for well-being and hope.
