Project developed in 2013, consisting of 8 houses, located on a sloping terrain in a warm climate on the outskirts of Bogotá. The challenge was to implement the eight versions of the houses in harmony with nature, where the relationship between the interior and the exterior was strengthened by the great view of the landscape and the beautiful vegetation of the place.
The project was modeled entirely in Sketch Up and subsequently migrated to Lumion. Each house had a unique architectural design that met the clients' needs. The migration to Lumion enabled the design, lighting, and landscaping of the entire project. The benefits of Virtual Reality allowed for the generation of videos, renders, and immersive experiences that were highly efficient in terms of selling and promoting the project.
The layout of each of the houses sought to generate a unique habitability for each of them, where the relationship with nature and its immediate surroundings was guaranteed.
The architectural program of each of them was efficiently adjusted to the characteristics of the lots.
The entire architectural, interior, furniture, and landscaping design of the project was developed in synergy with the software Sketch Up and Lumion, in a very efficient manner.
Lumion's flexibility in generating special lighting alternatives allowed for several rendering options during the day, evening, and night.
Special emphasis was placed on the type of vegetation of the site to incorporate it with special libraries of native spices.
Design as an architectural act that is the product of creation. And a creation that advocates for well-being and hope.
