AVIVA (3D)

For the Aviva Project, a multi-apartment housing complex, I served as a modeling and design architect. The 3D modeling was done in SketchUp, and the design and rendering were done in Lumion. A 3D video was also created focusing on the project's social areas. The result was a realistic and detailed visual presentation of the common spaces, highlighting their design and functionality.

The Aviva Project is a residential complex featuring multiple apartments, where I served as the architectural modeler and environment designer. The 3D modeling was developed using SketchUp, while environment setup, lighting, and all technical features were implemented in Lumion.

A detailed 3D video focusing on the social areas was produced and presented via virtual reality glasses as part of a strategic sales initiative designed to provide potential buyers with an immersive, realistic experience of the communal spaces.

Throughout the project, close collaboration and continuous communication with the design team were fundamental, particularly due to the complexity and sophistication of the common areas, which demanded innovative design solutions and precise technical execution.

By leveraging advanced visualization technologies and maintaining a cohesive interdisciplinary workflow, we were able to deliver an engaging and highly effective presentation that played a pivotal role in the project's commercial success and exceeded client expectations.
