This is a project carried out with the Level Design Team, of which I was the leader, at Mytaverse in 2022. Upon receiving the 3D model from the client in CAD Files, we proceeded to develop the migration of the original model in Sketch Up and 3ds Max to the Unreal Engine editor. This is the perfect example of a Digital Twin, where the quality of the work is fully evident.
The client's high demands regarding the building's similarity to reality made the professional project a huge challenge. Using videos, photos, and references shared by the client, the project faithfully reflects the offices and various spaces inherent to the building.
The Level Design Team's work was very meticulous and careful with the characteristics of both the building and all its details.
It was a time-consuming, demanding, and highly committed project, resulting in a unique experience in terms of virtual reality.
The development of the lighting tasks and their complexity were essential to giving realism to each of the spaces. In the images below, those on the left are actual photos of the building; those on the right are renderings taken from the final model.
The arrangement of the furniture, the interior design, and even the smallest details were carefully developed.
This professional experience allows us to affirm that teamwork, where the quality, demands, and commitment of each member generates a unique and compelling experience, with the customer being a fundamental part of it.
His feedback allowed us to develop a unique project. The quality of the work was recognized by both the client and the entire company, making this project a significant and compelling architectural and VR milestone.
Design as an architectural act that is the product of creation. And a creation that advocates for well-being and hope.
